Before I start, I want to say that goals are important - even if you don’t complete them all.
move to a house. not buying one. just living in one like 40-year-olds do.
write more (we will see).
increase weight training to 1.5/hour a week versus the 1 hour i am currently.
either buy a new road bicycle or a drum kit.
spend time (2x week) with either bicycle or drum kit.
say yes to more things (everything that doesn’t feel like danger).
change therapists or pause (how bad is it that i gave her this much of a shot.)
budget!!!!! all 12 months.
-communicate my needs in ways that are assertive and calm.
delete fbook, twitter, and swarm - and get back to the art of e-mail.
go on trips with friends and have that be okay.
read just one book.
take one fucking big risk!!
